About Me
Hi there! My name’s Shelley and I’ve been a fitness instructor for over 25 years.
I’ve been a a certified personal trainer and certified group fitness instructor
for over 10 years.
I specialize in modifying workouts to fit for each of my individual clients.
In addition, I also monitor my clients’ cardiovascular health by assessing
and monitoring their heart rate levels during my workouts.
I believe workouts should be efficient, functional and accessible for everyone!
